I had a delightful experience at Na Balam, located just a few steps from the stunning Playa Norte. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were generally nice and accommodating, though service could be slow at times. The breakfast setup was rather awkward since it required walking to another hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it's a lovely spot but could improve in some areas to justify higher prices.

I had high hopes for my stay at Na Balam, especially with its prime location near Playa Norte and cozy atmosphere. However, the overall experience left much to be desired. The staff showed friendliness, but improvements in service and amenities are needed for the price point.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel, particularly for a family vacation. The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful beach view.
